The customer is an international manufacturer in the coatings industry, committed to safe production, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainable development. To further improve production efficiency and enhance workplace safety, the customer implemented an automated filling solution for 5L diluent products as part of its manufacturing upgrade strategy.
Longtec Solution
To support the customer’s automation and efficiency goals, Longtec delivered a fully automated 5L diluent filling line with a capacity of 2,000 pails per hour.The solution integrates the entire packaging process into one continuous and coordinated workflow, including filling, lid placing, capping, labeling, checkweighing, cartoning, palletizing, and finished goods conveying. All equipment is centrally controlled to ensure stable operation, precise coordination, and consistent output quality.Key system highlights include an advanced depalletizing solution combining magnetic gripping and suction transfer, enabling stable handling of empty pails and interlayer boards. A dual-line layout allows two filling lines to operate in parallel, maximizing throughput while maintaining high reliability. Automated conveying and intelligent control significantly reduce manual intervention and ensure safe, efficient material flow across the line.Through this integrated automation solution, Longtec helped the customer move toward a smarter, cleaner, and more digitally enabled production model.
