Automatic Carton Erector and Carton Sealer

The carton erector automatically opens folded cardboard, completes carton forming, folds the bottom, seals it with tape, and conveys it to the packing machine. Cartons are fed straight vertically, making operation convenient and reducing packaging costs. The carton feed track can store about 100 cartons; suction cups automatically pick cartons from the track to the forming station. The bottom is folded from all sides automatically, and tape is applied simultaneously for a neat seal.The carton sealer automatically folds the top flaps of packed cartons and applies tape, eliminating manual operation. The machine uses direct tape application for a flat, neat, and strong seal.Suitable for carton packaging across industries such as coatings, inks, resins, solvents, adhesives, lubricants, food, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, daily chemicals, toys, and electronics. Special models can be designed per customer requirements and can be used in both explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof environments.
