MAIN FUNCTIONS

· Automatic pallet infeed, automatic wrapping, automatic film clamping, automatic film cutting, automatic film pressing, automatic pallet outfeed, and automatic reset

· Independent motor control for turntable rotation, film feeding, and film carriage lifting; speed adjustable via frequency inverter with soft start/stop functions

· Equipped with wear-resistant rubber rollers for long service life, minimizing film damage and ensuring smooth, uniform film output and consistent stretch

· Film carriage adopts a powered pre-stretch mechanism with up to 300% pre-stretch ratio, reducing film consumption

· Explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof configurations are available

· Full PLC control with spare I/O points reserved; dedicated computer communication interface available; hierarchical access authority management
